Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SpartacusMods! Every controller we sell is meticulously hand-assembled and tested in our lab in Italy. Because we prioritize extreme precision and quality over mass production, please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Times Since every custom controller is built to your exact specifications by a single specialized modder, please allow time for assembly and rigorous testing.

  • Custom Controllers: Orders are typically processed, built, and shipped within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Pre-built Controllers & Accessories: Orders for items already in stock are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Processing times are separate from the shipping times. Business days do not include weekends or Italian national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Estimated delivery times after the order has been shipped:

  • Italy: 2-5 business days

  • European Union: 3-7 business days

  • Rest of the World (USA, UK, Canada, etc.): 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, postal strikes, or customs processing. SpartacusMods is not responsible for these delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your door.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. SpartacusMods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the product minus the original shipping cost and any return fees.

5. Damages and Lost Packages We pack our controllers extremely carefully to ensure they survive the journey. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at spartacusmodsofficial@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and the product. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate.
