The thumbsticks are incredible, zero drift and super smooth. The package arrived with the outer box slightly dented, probably due to the courier roughousing it, but the controller inside was wrapped in so much bubble wrap it was completely safe. Works like a charm and the custom shell looks even better in person.

The build quality is amazing. The tactile D-pad and 4 back buttons give a huge advantage. They initially shipped my controller with the standard thumbsticks instead of the swappable ones I ordered. I sent an email to support, they apologized and shipped the correct interchangeable sticks the very next day via express delivery with a 10% discount on another order. Mistakes happen, but how they handled it was 5-star worthy.

The controller itself is a masterpiece. The mouse-click triggers are a game changer for Warzone. I had a small issue with the delivery because the courier delivered it to the wrong address, but I contacted the shop and they sorted it out immediately with the shipping company. Very professional and fast. Highly recommended!
